We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Psychology Support Assistant. This role involves working with children with additional needs, providing support and guidance to help them reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide support and guidance to children with additional needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized support plans
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery, ensuring that children's needs are met
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Relevant qualifications and training in psychology or a related field
- Experience working with children with additional needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
