Restaurant Operations Team Member

We are looking for a skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at AMINA Bank in Christchurch City. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals according to planned menus and meal schedules.
Responsibilities:
• Cook meals to meet individual nutritional needs using standard recipes and menu plans.
• Monitor and regulate cooking equipment temperature and performance.
• Guide and supervise kitchen hands during food preparation activities.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attend regular training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Essential Requirements:
• Holding a recognized cooking or patisserie qualification.
• Having extensive experience in a commercial kitchen environment.
• Being available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrating a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
