Housing Patch Manager

Are you a motivated and organized professional looking for a new challenge in housing management? We're seeking an Area Tenancy Manager to join our team at Brent Council.
About the Role:- Manage the end-to-end tenancies for a patch of social tenants or licensees, ensuring a consistent and high-quality service.
- Work with services across the Council to ensure vulnerable tenants have access to necessary services and Brent's estates and homes are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, demonstrating a commitment to improving standards and ensuring the safety and quality of our social housing.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve the quality and perception of the Housing Management Service, making a tangible impact on the community.
- Knowledge of local authority statutory and support services related to housing, awareness of relevant housing legislation, and excellent organizational and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a commitment to making a difference and eager to learn and develop your career.
- Experience in housing management or a related field, with a strong understanding of social housing regulations and welfare benefits.
