Housing Patch Manager

We are seeking a skilled Housing Patch Manager to join our Housing Management Service. As an Area Housing Officer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tenancies for a patch of social tenants or licensees. Your goal will be to improve the quality and perception of the Housing Management Service by working with services across the Council to ensure vulnerable tenants have access to services they need. You will also uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023, demonstrating a commitment to improving standards and ensuring the safety and quality of our social housing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tenancies for a patch of social tenants or licensees
- Work with services across the Council to ensure vulnerable tenants have access to services they need
- Uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023
- Improve the quality and perception of the Housing Management Service
