Area Tenancy Manager

We are seeking an experienced Area Tenancy Manager to join our Housing Management Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tenancies for a patch of social tenants or licensees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage tenancies for a designated patch of social tenants or licensees
- Work with services across the Council to ensure vulnerable tenants have access to services they need
- Improve the quality and perception of the Housing Management Service
- Uphold the guidelines set out by the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023
- Knowledge of local authority statutory and support services related to housing
- Awareness of relevant housing legislation and welfare benefits
- Excellent organisational and IT skills
