As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and other initiatives aimed at enhancing employee skills and knowledge. Your focus will be on supporting managers and employees to achieve their full potential, leading to improved productivity and job satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in organisational development, preferably within a fast-paced hospitality environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as is the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

We are offering a salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
