Tiger Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Global Head of Payroll and Benefits to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the global payroll and benefits strategy for our client, a leading marketing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Global Payroll and Benefits Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive global payroll and benefits strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Oversee Day-to-Day Payroll and Benefits Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of payroll and benefits globally, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Negotiate with Payroll and Benefits Providers: Investigate and negotiate with payroll and benefits providers to source the best provider for the company, ensuring optimal cost and service delivery.
  • Manage Provider Implementation: Lead the implementation of the new provider from start to finish, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Ensure Compliance and Benchmarking: Ensure compliance across all global offices and benchmark benefits to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: A minimum of 8+ years' experience in benefits and payroll, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Global Payroll and Benefits Experience: Previous experience managing payroll and benefits for a global company is essential.
  • Provider Sourcing and Implementation: Previous experience sourcing and implementing a payroll and benefits provider is essential.
  • Certification and Education: A certification in payroll or compensation is preferred but not essential. A bachelor's degree in finance or business is required.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
