As the Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our global compensation and benefits programs to align with our organization's goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a global compensation and benefits strategy that ensures alignment with our business objectives, while maintaining compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee the global annual compensation review process, including salary increases, promotions, and performance-based adjustments, ensuring equitable and consistent application across regions.
  • Manage and optimize our global phantom stock option program, ensuring effective administration, compliance, and alignment with company growth objectives during the pre-IPO phase.
  • Maintain and evolve our global job leveling framework and salary banding structure, ensuring roles are consistently evaluated and compensated based on internal equity, external market competitiveness, and organizational hierarchy.
  • Support the development and management of global mobility programs, including expatriate compensation, relocation benefits, and cost of living adjustments, to support talent movement across regions.
  • Provide compensation and benefits support through significant business events, such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, managing audits and regulatory filings as needed.
