About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global total rewards strategy and managing the day-to-day execution of compensation and benefit programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive global compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the global annual compensation review process, ensuring equitable and consistent application across regions and adhering to budgetary requirements.
  • Design and manage global mobility programs, including expatriate compensation, relocation benefits, and cost of living adjustments to support talent movement across regions.
  • Provide compensation and benefits support during significant business events, such as mergers and acquisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local labor laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements, managing audits and regulatory filings as needed.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits in a scale-up tech environment.
  • Fluent English is a must, any additional languages a plus.
  • Flexible, office, hybrid, or home working.
