About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our Tesco store team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space for customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and stock management activities to maintain a visually appealing store display.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets by promoting products and services to customers.
