About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Colleague in our Wadebridge Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience.
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Be responsible for handling products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate, with opportunities for pay increases and additional payments based on location and skills.
  • A minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week, with flexibility to work fewer hours if desired.
  • Three weeks' notice of scheduled shifts, allowing for planning and flexibility.
