">About the Role:
  • Manage and grow the UK longtail portfolio, with a focus on delivering exceptional client support and driving business growth.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for product development and enhancements.
  • Provide technical expertise and training to clients, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.

">Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a technical account management or product management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in software development tools and methodologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
