About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategist to join our team at Finch Henry Job Corps Center. As a Business Strategist, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through strategic pricing intelligence and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Pricing Strategies: Analyze market data to develop and implement pricing strategies that enhance our competitive edge and profitability.
  • Lead Pricing Committee Sessions: Prepare and present data-driven insights and recommendations in pricing committee meetings, aiding in sound decision-making.
  • Conduct Commercial Impact Analyses: Provide detailed commercial impact analyses and scenario evaluations of different price moves to guide strategic pricing decisions.
  • Assess Sales and RGM Metrics: Conduct detailed assessment of sales and RGM metrics to inform business of most impactful activations and promotions, present outcomes to wide cross-functional audience.
  • Validate Pricing Studies: Validate and oversee the creation of pricing studies, and model various scenarios to understand their effects on our financial performance.
