About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Campaign Strategist to join our team at Who+Why, a leading B2B Marketing consultancy in Bristol. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and managing effective marketing campaigns from conception to execution and optimization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including client services and creative teams, to deliver high-quality marketing campaigns
  • Monitor campaign performance and refine campaign structures to optimize results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to continually improve our marketing practices
  • Work closely with account managers and our creative director to ensure seamless client delivery
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of ABM principles and practices
