Peripatetic Care Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Peripatetic Home Manager to lead care homes in the absence of the manager. You will be working for a leading healthcare provider.
As the Peripatetic Home Manager, your key responsibilities include:
- To ensure the delivery of outstanding levels of care to all residents in a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
- Overall responsibility for all services and levels of service provided to the residents through well-trained, competent, motivated, and excited employees.
- Maintain excellent relationships with regulatory bodies and represent the home as the Registered Manager.
- Act as an ambassador to represent the home to key decision-makers and build a sound reputation within the local community.
- Work with the Regional Manager and operational support team to drive sales, margin growth, and new service development to deliver consistently positive home performance.
The successful Peripatetic Home Manager will receive an excellent salary of £57,000 per annum. This permanent full-time role offers a range of benefits, including paid time off, a retirement plan, employee development programs, and more.
