About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Professional to join Gray Healthcare Ltd. as part of our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience in a similar role, with excellent communication and IT skills, and the ability to undertake robust holistic assessments.
Main Responsibilities:- Caseload management of individuals with complex needs
- Building relationships with individuals to encourage trust, while listening and interpreting their needs and concerns
- Working within a CPA framework, including CTO, MHA, MLA, and MOJ
- Assessments for new business, ensuring up-to-date risk assessments and recovery plans/PBS are in place
- Liaising with relatives of the individual, and communicating within the wider GHC team to ensure best level of care for the individual and support for the staff
- Current NMC registration and educated to degree level
- Evidence of updating practice and continued professional development
- Willingness to undertake education/courses relevant to area of practice and service development
- A minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in the UK
- Ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, and develop a therapeutic relationship
