Mental Health Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Maplebrook Care Home. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address mental health needs
- Provide high-quality nursing care, managing challenging behavior with compassion and professionalism
- Lead by example, guiding your care team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Collaborate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration and a strong clinical background in mental health nursing
- Experience working with patients with complex mental health conditions and managing challenging behavior
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and support your care team
