Our mental health service in Wolverhampton is seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will work closely with patients experiencing severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and recovery-focused environment, where training, supervision, and peer support are readily available.

You will be working as part of an established, experienced, skilled, and supportive team, providing high-quality care to individuals with complex mental health needs.

The salary for this position is £38,910 - £49,069 per annum, taking into account the average cost of living in the area.

Main Duties of the Job
  • Risk assessment and management
  • Mental Health Legislation and policy including the Care Programme Approach
  • Awareness of DoH guidance on issues relating to mental health
  • Awareness of Care clustering Process
  • Understanding of Recovery concept

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of risk assessment and management, as well as experience working with patients with complex mental health needs.
