Mental Health Care Specialist

At Gray Healthcare, we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Care Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health problems and challenging behaviors.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years postgraduate experience as an RMN and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team and possess knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
This position offers a salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and is based in the Birmingham/West Midlands area. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and occasionally stay overnight.
Main Responsibilities:
- Caseload management of patients
- Providing direct and indirect care
- Participating in assessment processes
- Supporting individuals in crisis
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
