We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our Community Mental Health Team in Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating care for individuals with complex mental health needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working within adult and community mental health services, preferably with severe and enduring mental health service users. You will be responsible for assessing and formulating individual intervention plans, as well as managing clinical risks and developing robust clinical management plans.

With a strong understanding of NHS policies and practices in mental health, you will participate in the CMHT duty system and work closely with the team manager and clinical lead to deliver high-quality services. In addition, you will receive regular supervision and opportunities to develop your clinical and professional practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Care coordination for individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Assessment and formulation of individual intervention plans
  • Management of clinical risks and development of clinical management plans
  • Participation in the CMHT duty system and collaboration with the team manager and clinical lead

Requirements:

  • RMN registration
  • Experience working within adult and community mental health services
  • Strong understanding of NHS policies and practices in mental health
