Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager or Project Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a leading job portal, we have a wide range of construction and housing projects that require your expertise.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to take on a leadership role and manage a team of professionals. With a focus on quality and delivery, each project is bespoke and presents a challenging yet rewarding experience.

The ideal candidate will have experience in new build developments as well as refurbishment or commercial construction projects. You will be responsible for managing sites, supervising teams, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage construction sites and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  2. Schedule and coordinate work activities to meet deadlines.
  3. Supervise and mentor site staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  4. Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS certification.
  • First Aid training.
  • CSCS card.
  • Trade background or academically qualified.

Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including a pension scheme, life insurance, and generous holiday allowance.
