  • Lead and manage all on-site activities, ensuring the project progresses on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee contractors and trades, maintaining efficient workflows and resolving on-site issues.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and relevant health and safety protocols.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including care home management, design teams, and external contractors.
  • Conduct regular progress updates and report to the client and project team.
Requirements
  • Proven experience managing refurbishment projects in live environments (e.g., care homes, hospitals, schools).
  • Strong working knowledge of CDM Regulations and health and safety best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, coordinating multiple teams for smooth operations.
  • CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
