About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Management Professional to join our team at Barhale Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our site management team, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have considerable experience in civil engineering and a strong understanding of NEC contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, programme and risk management, and cost control. You will also have excellent communication, people, and team management skills with the ability to motivate others to achieve high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain commercial performance of the contract
  • Produce and manage the project programme and supervise the delivery of it
  • Ensure all staff, subcontractors, and visitors are properly inducted and meet the competencies required of them
  • Undertake an ambassadorial role, representing the company to customers, the public, and official bodies
  • Deliver product to customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • CSCS card
  • SMSTS card
  • NEBOSH or IOSH
  • Full driving licence
  • Excellent communication, people, and team management skills

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
