About the Role:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met.
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure construction is delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Drive project timelines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You:
- You will have proven experience as a Site Manager on residential projects.
- A track record of delivering high-quality developments, ideally with NHBC award recognition.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for building homes to the highest standards.
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
