Rail Site Manager Position

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee a team of vegetation management specialists, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the workforce on site, including sub-contractors, to maintain high standards of work quality.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement method statements and risk assessments.
  • Manage site paperwork, including ordering plant and materials, maintaining accurate records and conducting toolbox talks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in supervising vegetation management teams.
  • Holding a valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) certification is essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including days, nights and weekends, with minimal notice required for start dates.
  • Full UK driving licence, as a van and fuel card will be provided.
