Business Development Manager

Our Client is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to support the growth of their business. This role will involve leading the development of key account and business development strategies for specific client accounts. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior staff within client and partner organisations. Key responsibilities will include developing account plans, opportunity capture plans, and value propositions, as well as supporting the Head of Business Development with order intake forecasts and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the nuclear industry and be able to provide market intelligence to bids teams. The role will involve working collaboratively within the business winning team and with the wider business, including technical disciplines and functions.
