Business Development Manager

As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and candidates, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
You will work closely with our internal teams to identify new business opportunities and implement effective strategies to secure them. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust with clients and candidates alike.
A key aspect of this role will be to deliver outstanding customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns, and maintaining accurate records of client and candidate interactions.
In addition, you will play a crucial role in attracting and recruiting top talent to match our clients' job requirements. Your ability to negotiate and close deals will be essential in securing new business.
