SENIOR SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Lettings

Job Summary:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at Worth Recruiting, a leading property industry recruitment agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for negotiating sales and winning new business opportunities in the residential lettings sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate sales and lettings agreements with clients and customers
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and customers to increase sales and lettings revenue
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and customers
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients and customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and lettings targets

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Property Sales Negotiator
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and positive attitude
  • Well-presented, ambitious, and self-motivated
  • Full Driving License essential
  • Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
