About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Options Resourcing. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and candidates, while driving business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to placement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
  • Conduct market research, telemarketing, and client visits to build and maintain relationships
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients' requirements
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
  • Post job ads, screen CVs, interview candidates, and guide them through the recruitment process
Requirements
  • Previous recruitment agency experience, preferably in a 360 consultant or business development role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Ambitious and driven, with a passion for delivering exceptional results
