Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant

Sector: Quantity Surveying

Location : London (hybrid arrangement, with minimum of three days in office)

The position

We're looking for someone with proven experience in recruitment, ideally within construction and property recruitment, to help with the ongoing growth of this desk. With strong networking and relationship-building skills, you will thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment, while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.  Bringing a genuine passion for helping candidates and clients achieve their goals through effective, solution-based, recruitment, you will be ready to embrace this busy practice area.  

Key responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients and candidates via written communications (emails and LinkedIn messages) and verbal communications (phone calls, video calls and face-to-face meetings).
Talent generation and attracting candidates through posting job adverts, searching CVs on job boards and on our extensive database.
Screening candidates, carrying out preliminary interviews, arranging interviews and making job offers and onboarding successful candidates.
Drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and strengthen our presence in the fire consultancy sector.
Stay abreast of relevant industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes to optimise recruitment efforts.
Collaborate with wider team to deliver high level of service.
About you

To join us as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, your skills and experience should include:

A demonstrable track record in recruitment and ideally a bachelor's degree, masters or equivalent.
a track record of success in achieving targets and surpassing.
Self-motivated and driven
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with recruitment software.
