We are looking for a dynamic Technical Sales Consultant to join our team. In this pivotal role, you'll collaborate with our internal technical experts across the UK and US to tailor ground-breaking solutions that transcend client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
-Exceed team and personal Order Intake targets by cultivating existing accounts and forging relationships with new clients.

-Collaborate with clients to discern and articulate requirements, formulating comprehensive quotations and proposals aligned with their unique needs.

-Leverage the extensive portfolio of technology offerings, materials science consultancy services, and analytical solutions offered by the Lucideon Group in partnership with our technical team.

-Initiate contact with potential leads generated from webinars, website downloads, and other marketing activities.

-Develop and nurture new business and partnerships with target clients, both independently and through seamless transition to external sales colleagues.

-Harness technical consulting prowess and transformational selling techniques to establish strong client rapport and identify opportunities.

-Manage and nurture key customer accounts, solidifying relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

-Prepare meticulous formal quotations, including project scoping tools and presentations, as well as PMF calculations as required.

-Adhere to the Company's performance standards, encompassing CRM reporting, quotation generation, monthly reporting, and delegated authority.

**Qualifications**:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, material science, chemical engineering, or a related technical discipline.

**Experience**:Desirable experience in a relevant technical industry, with familiarity in services akin to Lucideon’s offering.

Preferred background in a laboratory or technical environment, though not mandatory.

**Skills and Attributes**:
Personable, attentive listener, propelled by achievement, curious, and quick-witted, enabling the adoption of a transformational selling approach and fostering client relationships.

Proficient in sound commercial decision-making, encompassing cost analysis, pricing, and margins.

Strong organisational abilities, empowering effective multitasking and project management.

Thrives in a collaborative team-oriented atmosphere, adept at overcoming internal and external challenges.

**Additional Information**:The role is based at our Lucideon facility in Stone, UK, with periodic travel to client sites or other locations as required.
