Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate new business through proactive calls and targeted marketing initiatives
  2. Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and company success
  3. Prepare and submit accurate client quotations, ensuring seamless customer experience
  4. Update CRM systems and submit timely monthly reports, providing valuable insights for business development
  5. Effectively manage credit terms, overdue accounts, and invoice queries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction

Additional Responsibilities (training provided):

  1. Monitor and assess cost impacts of client revisions, making informed decisions to drive business efficiency
  2. Input sales orders and create work orders, streamlining operational processes
  3. Identify chargeable extras and raise purchase requisitions, optimizing business outcomes
  4. Contribute to IT system development and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and improvement
