Sales Growth Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through proactive calls and targeted marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving revenue growth and company success
- Prepare and submit accurate client quotations, ensuring seamless customer experience
- Update CRM systems and submit timely monthly reports, providing valuable insights for business development
- Effectively manage credit terms, overdue accounts, and invoice queries, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Additional Responsibilities (training provided):
- Monitor and assess cost impacts of client revisions, making informed decisions to drive business efficiency
- Input sales orders and create work orders, streamlining operational processes
- Identify chargeable extras and raise purchase requisitions, optimizing business outcomes
- Contribute to IT system development and track key performance indicators (KPIs), driving business growth and improvement
