Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
As a Customer Service Expert at Levi's, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through teamwork and living our brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties.
- Motivate and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and hit personal targets.
- Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to ensure KPIs are being met.
- Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
- Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room.
- Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as strong customer service skills. Being a team player and supporting the management team where needed is essential.
