Customer Service Expert

Company Overview:

At Levi's, we are passionate about providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Expert to join our team.

Estimated Salary: £26,000 - £33,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Expert at Levi's, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service through teamwork and living our brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  2. Support Store Management with daily tasks and store duties.
  3. Motivate and support the sales team to deliver excellent customer service and hit personal targets.
  4. Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to ensure KPIs are being met.
  5. Ensure strong visual standards across the store.
  6. Assist with deliveries and organization of the stock room.
  7. Be responsible for opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.

Requirements:

We are looking for someone with experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets within retail, as well as strong customer service skills. Being a team player and supporting the management team where needed is essential.
