About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our EuroHub operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, taking ownership of all issues that arise and providing suitable solutions in a timely manner.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end customer service, taking ownership of all issues that arise and providing suitable solutions in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with our customers, using your excellent communication skills to resolve their queries and provide a seamless experience.
  • Collaborate with our teams to drive improvement and innovation, sharing your ideas and expertise to enhance our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying your knowledge to improve our processes and outcomes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal.
