Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Expert to join our team as an Agent, EMEA Service Centre Solutions. In this role, you will provide dedicated support to our Partner & Customer community via email, delivering timely, personalized, and professional responses across a range of queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and empathetic email responses to Partners & Customers, demonstrating strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Efficiently process a high volume of customer emails while maintaining a high level of quality and prioritizing urgent concerns.
  • Develop expertise on common IT challenges and product-related technical problems, creating detailed case notes and comprehensive records of email interactions.

Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
