Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Solutions Expert to join our team at Intrum Justitia in Reigate, Surrey. This role involves providing expert advice and support to customers with financial difficulties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored solutions to meet customers' needs.
  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely responses to their queries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Easily commute to our Reigate office or work from home with our flexible working pattern.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
  • Able to handle sensitive conversations and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good numeracy and English literacy skills to understand complex financial products and solutions.
