Job Description

  • Contribute to the delivery of the company's vision and business plan, inputting into the development and execution of annual marketing strategies.
  • Lead key innovation projects, working with production to manage processes from concept to launch.
  • Develop and implement optimum consumer communication plans to deliver marketing and business objectives, exploring new and different ways to connect with the target consumer.
  • Oversee 360 market activation to support brand plans, including shopper, PR, digital, and social initiatives.
  • Develop compelling stories to grow the brand in existing categories.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in developing a future vision for the brand in the UK.

The Successful Applicant

  • A passionate brand advocate with a natural affinity for brands and how they connect with consumers.
  • Proven success in brand management in a branded FMCG company.
  • A passion for food combined with a natural curiosity for consumers and new products.
  • A self-starter, able to work alone and in a team.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary, up to £35,000.
