Woodrow Mercer Tech is seeking a skilled IT Service Delivery Manager to lead its IT department. Estimated salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year.

The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of the IT Support Team, ensuring efficient management and service delivery. This includes guaranteeing the availability and optimal performance of the ERP system and other critical business applications at all times.

Key responsibilities:
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of all IT infrastructure change projects.
  • Develop and enforce IT and cybersecurity processes to safeguard the business, enhance resilience, and maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
  • Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with the IT Managed Service Provider and other strategic vendors.


The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT management, including previous experience in a technical, user-facing IT role. They should hold an ITIL Certification and be proficient with current Microsoft Windows operating systems for both desktops and servers.
