Job Description
As a Culinary Service Delivery Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our kitchen operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery, maintain high standards of quality, and promote a positive work environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £28,000 - £38,000 per annum.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
  1. Developing and implementing effective kitchen operations plans to meet customer expectations and business objectives.
  2. Leading by example, promoting a culture of excellence, and encouraging team members to strive for continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborating with the management team to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene.
