**About the Role**
Our client, a leading Retail brand based in Manchester, is seeking an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team for a 6-month period. This role is critical to the business and will deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases
* Deliver high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters in line with business policies
* Work closely with ER & Legal
* Provide support to business projects on consultation, TUPE, etc.
* Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume
**Requirements**
* Experience in managing high-complex employee relations cases
* Strong knowledge of employee relations policies and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
