Our client, a leading Retail brand in Manchester, seeks an Employee Relations Case Manager to join their HR Shared Services Team.

This role is critical to the business and requires delivering high-quality and accurate advice on all aspects of employee relations, including case management and complex issue resolution.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent ER case management skills, including handling high-complexity cases and large volumes, ideally within shared services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing end-to-end case management support, including high-complex risk cases.
  • Delivering high-quality and accurate advice on all employee relations matters.
  • Undertaking stakeholder management activity and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Working closely with ER & Legal.
  • SUPPORTING BUSINESS PROJECTS ON CONSULTATION, TUPE ETC.

Required skills and experience include:

  • Experience managing high-complex employee relations cases at volume.
  • Experience working in shared services.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to build excellent relationships.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment laws.
  • Ability to make informed decisions in a positive way.
