About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Generalist Advisor to join our team at EASYWEBRECRUITMENT. As a Generalist Advisor, you will provide initial triage and assessments to individuals accessing our Integrated Advice service to identify their needs, complexity of the issue(s), and specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advice sessions onsite and in outreach venues such as GP surgeries, children centres, and neighbourhood hubs.
  • Provide free, impartial, and confidential assisted and generalist advice to clients on a range of issues including social welfare, housing, debt, energy advice, and money management.
  • Work across a range of contracts and support the team in its delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Gain an understanding of clients' needs and support them to access a range of services and activities both at the Centre and through local partners.

Requirements:

  • Experience in roles such as Welfare Advisor, Housing Caseworker, Debt Advisor, Money Advice Caseworker, Benefits Advisor, Community Outreach Worker, Support Worker, Advocacy Caseworker, Citizen Advice Bureau Advisor, Financial Inclusion Officer, Income Maximisation Officer, Social Welfare Advisor, etc.
