HR Generalist Advisor

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Advisor to join our team at Hays Human Resources. As an HR Generalist Advisor, you will be responsible for providing HR generalist advice to managers and employees, managing employee relations cases, and advising on best practice, policy, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, probations, and performance
- Advise managers on best practice, policy, and procedures
- Onboard and offboard employees
- Manage the full employee lifecycle
Requirements
- CIPD L3 (or equivalent)
- Experience of managing a high volume of ER cases, including grievances and disciplinaries
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work 5 days a week in the office
