We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team at Network HR. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support to our organization, including employee administration, data management, and recruitment coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide generalist HR support to the organization, including employee administration, data management, and recruitment coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data, including personnel records and benefits information.
  • Support the recruitment process, including managing the recruitment mailbox and coordinating with external parties.
  • Monitor and manage HR expenditure on a quarterly basis.
  • Implement data quality checks to ensure accurate and consistent information.
  • Prepare and distribute reports to HR and management as required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
  • ~2+ years of HR/People Ops experience within a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills, formulas, and data presentation through graphs and charts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data simply.
  • Familiarity with mail merge and linking/updating data across files is advantageous.
  • Client-centric with a strong focus on operational efficiency and HR administration value add.
  • Capable of identifying and escalating inefficiencies and risks within the HR team.
