HR Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Advisor to join our team at Altitude-Recruitment Limited. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting the Business Services Manager with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring the effective delivery of HR services, and supporting the overall HR strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  2. Assist with performance management, coaching managers and employees to achieve their full potential.
  3. Ensure company policies are in line with employment law and are up to date, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
  4. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  5. Support payroll administration, manage employee benefits, and handle any employee queries in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Participate in and contribute to global HR projects and initiatives, driving business growth and improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a HR Generalist or in a similar HR role within a global or fast-paced environment. Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
