We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract. The successful candidate will have CIPD Level 3 qualification and previous experience working within a HR team.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain electronic personnel records
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Security Controller
- Revise and maintain company policies to ensure compliance
- Monitor absence records and conduct return to work interviews
- Proven experience working in a HR team
- CIPD qualified at Level 3 or equivalent
- Ability to pass a DBS check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good IT knowledge including Microsoft Office packages
