- Data entry
- Creating purchase orders
- Updating order book
- Maintaining paperwork traceability
- Booking in items, ensuring we have all required paperwork / requesting paperwork from suppliers
- Attaching paperwork to relevant places
- Filing paperwork
- HR duties and holiday requests
- Ordering stationary supplies
- Creating charts to monitor monthly key performance indicators
- Helping to keep office clean and tidy

Ideal person:

- Experience using Tricorn system would be a massive bonus or training will be given
- Experience in engineering admin or admin
- Precise / good attention to detail
- Quick learner
- Use own initiative

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
