It's a busy and exciting time for the brand and we’re on the hunt for a Finance Assistant - AP Payables to join our Finance Team.

**The role**:
To ensure that New Look supplier, expense & ad hoc payments are made within forecasted limits, that they are fully approved and are reconciled in a timely manner.

**Accountabilities**:

- Prepare and process all AP payments within agreed time frames or SLA’s.
- To accurately record supporting documentation, to ensure no internal control weaknesses occur.
- To maintain payment approval schedules
- To answer ad hoc supplier, bank and internal queries as they arise
- Filing and general admin duties as required to achieve the above or as they arise.
- To ensure all processes and policies are adhered to.
- To ensure all approvals are in line with company delegated levels of authority.
- Review and clear outstanding bank reconciliation items within agreed SLA
- Ensure that payments are made in line with cash forecasts.

**Technical Knowledge & Experience**:

- Knowledge of finance system (preferably SAP S/4HANA)
- Knowledge of banking systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
