Client Services Administrator

We are a well established Weymouth based Accountancy Practice looking for a full time Client Services Administrator to join us to assist with all things admin and receptionist/telephonist duties.

Full training will be provided and duties will include:

- Compiling correspondence and reports
- Filing Company Accounts and Tax Returns electronically
- Answering the switchboard and dealing with calls as required
- Routine telephone calls to clients, HMRC and Companies House
- A minimum of 2 years in a similar role, preferably working in finance
- Proficient IT skills including Microsoft, Excel and Word with the desire to learn new systems and packages
- Hardworking and with the ability to work to very tight deadlines whilst remaining calm under pressure
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with an eye for detail
- The ability to use their own initiative to juggle tasks and prioritise work load
- A methodical and thorough approach to work
- The motivation and ability to work accurately without supervision
- A positive and flexible can-do attitude with a hands-on approach and willing to pitch in when necessary

Package:

- Competitive salary commensurate with experience
