Here at Bleep360 Care we are a 24hr health care company looking for experienced complex care workers who have a dedication and passion in supporting these children/adults and impacting their life in a positive way. You will be joining a team of people who provide their clients with safe and warm-welcoming environments. We specialise in looking after adults/young people with complex and challenging needs in a variety of locations and settings.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Assistance with medication management and using various medical aids (wheelchair, catheter, stoma)
- Help with essential everyday activities (getting out of bed, brushing teeth, showering, dressing, maintaining a healthy diet) delivered in a dignified and respectful manner
- Rapid response in case of any medical emergency
- Promoting social care and integration in the local community
- Building relationships and trust to manage their vulnerabilities
- 24/7 support based on 12-hour shifts
- Working as a team and supporting client/other staff
- **REQUIREMENTS/COMPETENCIES WHICH ARE HIGH PRIOIRTY IN ORDER TO WORK WITH US**:_

**Enteral feeding support**:

- PEG Feeding
- Naso Gastric Feeding

**Supporting with respiration/ventilation**:

- Tracheostomy care
- Non-invasive ventilatory support
- Cough assist
- Oral and nasopharyngeal suctioning
- Nebulisers
- Oxygen saturation monitoring

**Taking Physical Observations**
- Blood Sugars
- Heart rate
- Respiratory Rate
- Blood pressure
- Temperature
- Continence care
- Medication Administration
- Pressure Area Care

**Epilepsy Management**:

- Emergency medication
- VNS
- Seizure management

**DESERIABLE**
- Qualifications relevant to Complex Care Competencies
- A clear DBS on the update system
